How To Make Easy Affiliate Commissions
This is something we’re all looking for. Minimum work, maximum returns.
And the nice thing about it is, all you have to do is what you’re already doing, plus an extra 5-10 minutes of work per week.
If like me you spend some time each day posting in forums and commenting on blogs to get backlinks and traffic to your own sites then why not earn some easy money for doing it?
And I really do mean easy.

One of the proven methods of making an affiliate sale is to review a product on your blog and stick your affiliate link on it. Just look around and you’ll find plenty of ebooks and courses telling you how to do it, but you don’t need to go out and get any of those because it’s so simple I’ll tell you now in a few sentences.
When you get traffic to the review by whatever method you prefer (such as forum and blog commenting), then your review should do a nice little job of pre-selling the product you’re promoting.
When the visitor clicks through your link to read more about the product, they get cookied with your affiliate link, and when they buy you earn the commission.
So that’s the whole process in a nutshell. 
- Write the review.
- Get the traffic.
For #2, you should be doing that already at the very least using the drop-dead simple methods like blog and forum commenting mentioned above. Yes there are lots of other methods, but those are by far the easiest to do.
It’s a GOOD IDEA to get traffic and backlinks to your site, and if you’re already joining in on forums and blogs, why not get the benefit of what you’re already doing?
But… The downside to #1 is, first you have to buy the product, then you have to try it out, then you have to write the review, take screenshots, optionally do videos, and then *finally* you can start getting some traffic to the review by doing #2.
That’s a LOT of work.
This is where it all gets a lot easier.

The (negative) power of reason
In my local market, I have a unique campaign where I give away a 7 part video life coaching series by a leading life coach (If you speak Hebrew, you can get it here: http://bit.ly/ElyButterfly). The second part of the series talks about the two main ways our mind tricks us with, into avoiding action.
Since action is the only way to transform a vision into a reality, avoiding action is a sure way to fail. Our mind will do anything to keep us in our comfort zone as it feels it’s protecting us that way. Staying in our comfort zone will protect us from being hurt but it will also rob us of the chance to fulfill our dreams, as dreams are always outside of our comfort zone. They would not be dreams if they weren’t, would they…
There are two methods our mind uses to keep us from venturing outside our comfort zone:
- Reasoning. Our mind is great at coming up with excuses – why not to act – that sound so reasonable: “I don’t know enough”, “I don’t have enough money”, “I’m too old to learn this”, “I’m too young to learn this”, etc.
- Self-image. Our mind will gladly present us with ideas such as: “what will they think of me”, “it’s not becoming a person of my statue”, “it’s not a thing someone in my age does”, etc.
One guy commented on that particular video, saying that reasoning is an important tool in not making costly mistakes. He went on to say: “if I was to leave a secured job to start a new venture without having a solid plan of action, that would be a good instance to use reasoning and avoid making a mistake”.
Do you agree with him?
Here is what I had to say on his comment: Yes, reasoning is a great tool however we need to be careful how we use it. Using reasoning with the example you’ve given can give us two different answers:
- Do not leave your job to go on the new venture because you do not have a plan, thus avoiding certain failure.
- Devise a plan of action so you will not fail…

A call for leaders
There are two types of people in the world – leaders and followers.
Leaders are people that have a passion for doing things their own way, creating a path for others to follow. True leaders are not just people with followers. True leaders are people that help others achieve their goals and create the life they want for themselves.
Some people think they are leaders but in reality they are not. Charismatic people, people that know how to motivate others but do not inspire them or guide them are not true leaders.
Can people learn or train themselves to be leaders? I don’t know the answer to this one however I believe that if a person has the qualities of a leader in him, he can train himself to bring those out into the open.
