What do you need to succeed online – part 1 – tools

Creating a successful online business requires knowledge, skills and the right tools. Like many other businesses the quality of the tools you use will determine the level of your success. Many people, when they start working online, try to save on expenses and the first place they look for a saving is in the tools they use.
Using second grade tools can eventually cost you much more than you have saved by the compromise on quality. If your website is down for a few hours or even several days – what impact do you think that would have on your business? If your follow-up emails will not reach your customers – what do you think will happen to your sales?
